Using a lice skirt will reduce the water exchange in the cage. To ensure a good water quality, we recommend a complete system consisting of lice skirts, Midtnorsk Ring with customized compressor, and Guardian wireless logger.

Midtnorsk Ring provides water circulation in the cage volume inside the skirt and thus contributes to a better environment in the cage. Guardian is a wireless system for measuring and logging of environmental data in fish farming. Measurements of dissolved oxygen concentration from Guardian can be used to control the use of Midtnorsk Ring.
