Bio Marine wins Impact Award

At a recent event organized by Bluefront Equity, Bio Marine was named the most sustainable company within the Bluefront group. Nils Hovden, on behalf of all the employees, proudly held up the award after being presented with the prestigious prize: the Impact Award.

The background and reasoning behind the award lie in a series of documented sustainability efforts that stretch back several years at Bio Marine. The company was certified as an Eco-Lighthouse in 2022. Over a long period, they have practiced recycling and facilitated the reuse of components from their own products to the greatest extent possible.

In all future products, they are committed to ensuring longevity and the highest possible degree of recyclability, including the use of recyclable materials such as metals and plastics.

“Through sustainable choices and thoughtful green design, we aim to facilitate recycling and sustainability in all our products going forward. By increasing the lifespan and reducing the amount of waste, we are creating a sustainable partnership with our customers,” says Hovden.
